Return & Exchange Policy

At Expedition Luggage, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind.

Exchanges (Non-Damaged Items)

We offer exchange only within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and with original tags attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To request an exchange, please contact us at sales@expeditionluggage.com.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs unless otherwise stated.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@expeditionluggage.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • An exchange

We do not provide refunds unless a replacement item is unavailable.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, consumer protection laws may grant certain cancellation rights. However, Expedition L&B maintains an exchange-only policy unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
