What is the return policy?

All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase on unused items with original packaging and receipt upon approval.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with further information. Standard shipping across Canada usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! Many of our luggage brands include manufacturer warranties that cover defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage and duration vary by brand. For all warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly as they handle all warranty services and approvals.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes! If you find the same item at a lower price from an authorized Canadian retailer, we’ll match it. Proof of the advertised price is required.
