At Expedition L&B, we offer both in-store pickup and shipping options for your convenience.
In-Store Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their order from one of our store locations.

Please wait for the pickup confirmation before coming to the store.

A valid photo ID and order confirmation email are required at pickup.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless otherwise arranged.
If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, please contact us in advance at sales@expeditionluggage.com.
Shipping to Your Address
We also offer shipping directly to your provided address at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Expedition L&B is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been shipped.
